Sioux City is the tri-state regional shopping destination and offers a wide variety of retailers, from home grown startups to big box stores.

Singing Hills

Major retailers such as Wal-Mart and Sam's Club are joined by several strip malls, restaurants, hotels and auto dealerships located adjacent to I-29 in the city's south side.

Lakeport Commons

Lakeport Commons offers more than 500,000 square feet of retailers in an outdoor lifestyle center setting. Anchors include Kohl's, Best Buy, and Old Navy.

Southern Hills Mall

More than 100 shops, eateries and department stores can be found at Southern Hills Mall, with Scheels, Barnes & Noble, and JC Penney's serving as anchors.

Sunnybrook

A rapidly growing retail area on the City's southeast side near Lakeport Commons, Sunnybrook offers retail, banking, and medical facilities with anchors including Greatland Target, Lowes, Marshall's and the UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's Sunnybrook medical campus.

Downtown

Specialty shops offer unique home furnishings, men's and women's apparel, art studios, hand-dipped chocolates, collectibles, and much more.

Northern Valley Crossing

A prime site for retail and commercial development on the north side of Sioux City, located on the southeast corner of Floyd Blvd. and Outer Drive. The development has attracted a new Pizza Ranch restaurant and retail center. construction of a new Aldi store, car wash, Burger King and Silverstar Car Wash is underway. Approximately 20 acres are available to be developed. The site is located across the street from a Walmart Supercenter and the area has seen continuing development of restaurants, banks and medical facilities since the completion of the $35 million Outer Drive Extension project providing a connection to the Hwy 75/20 Bypass.

Hamilton Boulevard

Spanning more than 20 blocks, this major arterial road extends from the riverfront to the city's north side. Retailers line much of the corridor with the Marketplace Shopping Center providing an outdoor lifestyle center experience.
