Austin Foster brought his dream to life by renovating the 110-year old Wigman Plumbing building, 313 Perry St., into the Sioux City Distilling Company. This 46,000 square foot building will be home to a craft spirits distillery, tasting room, restaurant, and event venue. Made with locally sourced crops, their spirits will be distilled, aged, and bottled in Sioux City. This $6+ million redevelopment will create 30 new jobs and breathe new life to the area when Sioux City Distilling Co. opens its doors in 2026.
